About – Symphony Towers Infrastructure
Symphony Towers Infrastructure acquires, manages, and leases rooftop, tower and other telecommunication cell sites interests in urban, suburban, and rural environments throughout the United States. Symphony operates as one of the largest privately held owners of these sites across the United States and is backed by one of the largest digital infrastructure firms in the country.
Two things separate us from the rest: a long-term view and simple process. Our investments are made from a strategic, long-term, buy-and-hold perspective. This allows us to make a better offer to the marketplace and provide a better, more efficient acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
Capstone Project (Primary Focus):
- Explore and build an AI-powered project using Anthropic’s Claude API, applying it to a real business problem or workflow relevant to Symphony’s operations.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify a meaningful use case — this could range from data analysis and summarization to document processing, search, or workflow automation.
- Integrate relevant data sources and design a simple interface or output layer (e.g., a script, dashboard, or API) that makes the AI’s results accessible and useful.
- Iterate on your project based on feedback, document your approach and findings, and present to the team at the end of the internship.
Additional Projects & Learning Opportunities:
- Add unit tests and documentation to existing codebases.
- Assist with IT-related tasks such as hardware inventory management, device setup, and workspace cleanup.
- Help decommission outdated hardware and assist in organizing equipment for future use.
- Shadow engineering team members during code reviews and stand-ups.
- Participate in weekly mentorship check-ins with your assigned engineer.
Qualifications
- Working towards or recently acquired a BS/BA in a related field.
- Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate and seek constructive feedback.
- Willingness to learn the fundamentals of Acquisitions/Real Estate from Symphony’s Acquisitions team, and their managers.
- Self‐starter and problem solver mindset and habits.
