The River Deck is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. The restaurant is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend from 4:00-8:30 pm, Tuesday – Saturday. You will assist in the daily operations of the kitchen and work with kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality of cuisine is served to our guests. Reasonable hours with great team atmosphere. Lodging close to work is included as a part of compensation package.
Responsibilities include food prep, receipt and storage of food orders, preparing dishes according to head chef specifications/customer request.
Qualifications: preferred graduate of a culinary arts program. Previous cooking experience required.
