Founded in 1916 as Morrell Memorial Hospital, our 900-bed, comprehensive tertiary referral hospital operates a Level II Trauma Center, a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the nation’s busiest single-site Emergency Department.

The Nurse Residency Program
Our Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive, learner-centered, one-year program to support the successful transition of student to new Registered Nurse in a hospital setting. The program is specifically for the novice nurse. You will have an amazing team of nurse educators and preceptors to help and support you along the way!
Nurse Residency Opportunities: • Adult Acute Care: Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Nephrology, Palliative • Adult Intermediate Care: Medical, Trauma, Neuro/Stroke, Cardiac • Critical Care: Medical, Surgical, Neuro/Stroke, Trauma • Emergency Services: Adult, Pediatric • Procedural Services: OR, PACU, Cath Lab, Cath Lab Recovery, GI • Maternal-Newborn/NICU: L&D, Mother-Baby, NICU • Behavioral Health • Pediatrics
