We are a small, woman-owned video game company in downtown Everett, WA.
We provide video game systems loaded with games and ready to play. That means we take Xboxes, PlayStations, Nintendos, iPads and VR systems and load them with the games our customers want so they are ready to play, right out of the box.
We primarily serve children’s hospitals and charities. We also serve correctional facilities, esports, libraries, hotels, and many other public spaces.
We’re looking for an Administrative Support person. This is an Entry Level, onsite job in our Everett, WA office, 30 minutes north of Seattle. This is NOT a remote job.
Training and support are provided to help you be successful and happy.
About the Job
60% Helping our staff review and finalize quotes and invoices to ensure accuracy before being sent out to customers. This will require accurate math skills and close attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Sheets is a plus.
25% Loading video game systems with games and other tasks associated with processing orders.
15% Packing orders for outgoing shipment.
The position pays $20/hour at our downtown Everett, WA office. This is a full time position.
Full time is 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Full time employees accrue sick leave and vacation time, and have six paid holidays during the year.
