As a Customer Care Intern, you’ll work at the intersection of customer experience and cutting-edge AI, transforming raw customer interactions into powerful insights that shape key business decisions. You’ll get hands-on experience running local LLMs, designing sentiment-analysis workflows, and building dashboards that bring a 360° customer view to life across Corsair. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to experiment, loves digging into data, and wants to see their work have a direct and visible impact.
YOU WILL:
- Explore and learn the AI, analytics, and reporting platforms currently used across Corsair.
- Collaborate on defining the requirements and structure for a customer 360 dashboard.
- Evaluate the pros and cons of performing AI and data analysis locally versus on cloud platforms.
- Identify the levels of data access needed related to PII and customer history across Corsair’s IT systems.
- Help shape how customer insights are collected, organized, and transformed into actionable intelligence.
YOU ARE:
- Curious and motivated to apply AI to real-world customer experience challenges.
- Energized by cross-functional collaboration and learning from teams across the company.
- Product-focused, preferring to build practical MVPs rather than over-engineered theoretical solutions.
- Comfortable experimenting with LLMs locally and enthusiastic about refining sentiment- and insights-driven models.
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys turning unstructured data into meaningful insights.
- You are actively enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited institution and have completed at least one year of education.
- Able to work 40 hours a week onsite throughout the course of the 12-week summer internship either between (May 27 – August 13th, 2026 OR June 16th – September 13th, 2026)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

This internship includes a base pay rate of $30 per hour, holiday pay, and perks access to the onsite fitness center.
